At least 2 months of experience in yoga required
Experience with SUP yoga not necessary
Yoga on a stand-up paddle board adds another dimension of stability to the yoga poses. It is a great way of improving core strength while completely immersing yourself in nature and the serene blue water surroundings to improve your practice. Borsh has the ideal beach for this activity and we will use state of the art boards, suitable for performing yoga which are anchored to ensure the entire yoga group stands close together and to the instructor throughout the session to enjoy this unique experience. The program is designed for yogis with no or limited past experience with SUP yoga.
Please bring:
- Swimwear
- Beach shoes, or other suitable non-slippery shoes
- At least 2 months of experience in yoga
